Hal. 3, 61, 1; PStrass [s. above]; Dt 22:12; Is 50:3) someth. like a cloak or mantle ὡσεὶ π. ἑλίσσειν roll up as a cloak Hb 1:12 (Ps 101:27). ἡ κόμη ἀντὶ περιβολαίου δέδοται αὐτῇ her (the woman’s) hair is given to her as a covering 1 Cor 11:15 (s.
